A group of five buildings forming the inner square. Location on a steep slope, which dictated the configuration of the distribution of individual objects.
It is maintained and developed visible and access to the traditional axis of the church on the hill.
The ground floor is enriched premises. On the area near the building continues hostorický elementary school. Occurred within the project for the construction of the gym facilities, which is connected with the school and at the same time forms the bottom floor of one of the apartment buildings. After the construction has been to cultivate the surrounding area towards the tram lines and the emergence of a pleasant park area.
